The Center for Space Commerce and Finance has been tapped by the Earthlight Institute to co-produce and co-host their ongoing “Sharks in Space” startup pitch competition, as part of its annual New Worlds Conference, being held in Austin, TX, November 17 and 18, 2023. The conference will be held at the famous Bullock Museum.
“The Center” is now taking applications to present your space-enabling startup, in front of many potential investors, along with three judges well established in the finance sector.
The application link is below. Just fill out the form, and attach a 1-3 page Executive Summary. Deadline is October 20. We will announce the finalists as soon as we can, so they can make travel arrangements.
Selected Finalists will be participating in an all-day Bootcamp, September 16th, to assist Finalists polish their pitches and put their best foot forward. We will be running the event using well-honed methodologies, based on the experience of 22 prior successful NewSpace BPC events, between 2009 and 2022.
